Einstein Healthcare Network recently held its 30th Research Recognition Week, a celebration of the investigative work going on throughout the network, which includes MossRehab and the Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute. MRRI was proud to receive special recognition during the event.
Stanley and Helene M. Cohen Prize for Research Excellence
MRRI’s Erica L. Middleton, Ph.D., received the Stanley and Helene M. Cohen Prize for Research Excellence, which goes to an “outstanding researcher” from within the network. The selection is made by the Research Subcommittee of the Medical Staff Board. Dr. Middleton’s research helps patients with aphasia re-learn words they have difficulty retrieving and assists clinicians in developing best practice schedules for patients’ long-term learning. Dr. Middleton is director of MRRI’s Language and Learning Laboratory and our Research Registry.
